Carbotta's interpretation of the Mozart Concerto (K.313) was a delight to experience. His mastery of his instrument and of  this hallmark of flute literature were apparent in every musical gesture.His tone is rich and fluid, and his technical mastery was revealed in long, legato phrases as well as in articulation, of rapid rhytmic passages.Really outstanding was his ornamentation especially in the rondò.
